Kuxtah’s artisans in Yucatan Mexico have been working with Henequen, a material that comes from the agave cactus, for generations. Products are hand-woven from strands of henequen fiber or soskil in creative art workshops- an age-old tradition of craftmanship. Kuxtah supports producers associated with a fair trade organization that provides training on design, quality control and marketing.
