Kuxtah offers silk scarves and pashmina shawls lovingly hand-woven by Nepalese women. Generations of artistic embroidery skills, part of Nepal’s cultural heritage, is proudly displayed in these goods. Fringing, hand-dyeing and other color techniques are being passed on to new generations of women who make these unique products. Kuxtah sources directly from a craft-women’s organization in Nepal that undertakes sustainable development projects, with the aim of supporting local improvement in healthcare, environmental management and women empowerment.
